  • Data entry, and analysis
  • Filing, organizing, and maintaining filing systems
  • Assisting with processing invoices, reconciling, and follow-up
  • Assisting with financial reporting, reconciliation, and presentation of reports
  • Handling routine corresponds related to financial matters
  • Assistance with compliance tasks
  • Collaborating with other departments or teams
Hours of WorkMonday - Friday; 37.5 hoursYour Qualifications
  • Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor\'s or master\'s program in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in a healthcare/clinical setting is considered an asset.
  • Understanding and knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Public Sector Accounting Standards (PSAS) is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of financial accounting and computing (e.g., SAP & MEDITECH) systems considered an asset.
