has an opening for an Office Clerk for our offices located in Langley and Surrey. This position is Full-Time Maternity coverage.
Shifts: Sundays and Wednesdays (AG Surrey), Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (AG Langley)
We are accepting all applications and preference will be given to candidates with a flexible schedule to cover other shifts (days and weekends) for vacation, stat holidays and sick time.
Duties and Responsibilities
:
Data entry
Strong Customer service skills are a must
Printing of computer reports
Answering telephone inquiries
General maintenance of office documents and filing
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
. Invoicing/printing orders
. Must have a vehicle
. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
. Knowledge of BC Geography
. detailed oriented
Qualifications Required:
Positive attitude and a strong commitment to 100% customer service.
Able to prioritize and organize position responsibilities.
Ability to meet deadlines with a minimum of supervision.
Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written.
Excellent telephone skills and manners.
Strong keyboard skills and proficiency with ten key calculators.
Desire to produce accurate and timely results.
Flexible schedule - available to pick up extra shifts as necessary
