Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk. The candidate will provide essential support to our sales team. This role requires good computer literacy, strong communication skills (good spoken and written English), and phone etiquette.

Responsibilities



Assisting the sales team in preparing for quotation and other sales related tasks. Following up with customers and process the payments, Preparing the direct mails and sales materials, etc.

Skills



Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) strong communication skills (good spoken and written English) Phone etiquette and customer service Preferable having a college diploma or a university degree No work experience is needed for a candidate who attended the high school in Canada.
The resume should indicate the education back ground, and the work experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
