And looking to welcome a detail-orientated and enthusiastic individual to join our team for the position of Bilingual Office Clerk located in Moncton, New Brunswick! This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoy interacting with people!What you'll be doing:

• Ensure prompt follow up with tenants.
• Providing exceptional customer service to our current and future tenants by responding to inquiries, and showing units.
• Answer all rental requests and complete the agreements, in addition, identify and record all calls, emails and visits of prospective tenants.
• Perform reference checks for all applicants.
• Monitor the rent roll and aged receivables. Communicate variances to the Property Management Administrator.
• Contributing to operational excellence through tasks being completed within Skyline standards, and in line with all applicable provincial legislation including Occupational Health and Safety Act, Residential Tenancies Act, and the Human Rights Act.

What we look for:

• Excellent communication skills in French/English required.
• Previous experience renting apartments and assisting tenants required
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively.
• Ability to multi-task and remain detail oriented.
• Ability to adhere to an on call schedule involving work after business hours and work on weekends.
• High School Diploma or Five (5) years work related experience.
• PC skills are an asset (Word, Excel, e-mail/web).
• Previous experience in sales and/or customer service is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of applicable legislation respecting residential tenancies in New Brunswick and the rights and obligations of Landlords and Tenants an asset.

• Tenir xc3xa0 jour le registre des loyers et des crxc3xa9ances. Communiquer les xc3xa9carts xc3xa0 l'administrateur de la gestion immobilixc3xa8re.
• Contribuer xc3xa0 l'excellence opxc3xa9rationnelle en accomplissant les txc3xa2ches conformxc3xa9ment aux normes de Skyline et en accord avec toutes les lxc3xa9gislations provinciales applicables, y compris la Loi sur la santxc3xa9 et la sxc3xa9curitxc3xa9 au travail, la Loi sur la location xc3xa0 usage d'habitation et la Loi sur les droits de la personne du Nouveau Brunswick.

• Compxc3xa9tences informatiques un atout (Word, Excel, courriel et Internet).
• Une expxc3xa9rience prxc3xa9alable en vente et/ou en service xc3xa0 la clientxc3xa8le est considxc3xa9rxc3xa9e comme un atout.
• Connaissance de la lxc3xa9gislation applicable aux locations rxc3xa9sidentielles du Nouveau-Brunswick et sur les droits et obligations des proprixc3xa9taires et des locataires serait un atout.
