Job Description

A large Quebec company in the field of distribution is looking for an office clerk.

The position is Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 5:00 pm.

As a office clerk, you will be working closely with administrative finance coordinator to ensure the management of the fleet of cell phones, gas cards (CAN & US) and the management of the fleet of credit card merchant accounts.

If you live in Ville Saint Laurent and you are comfortable in French and English then we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities
Cell phone fleet management
Receipt, validation, reconciliation of the monthly invoice
Management of defective devices, and replacements
Supervision of employee arrivals and departures
Updating and maintaining the database
Canada and USA Gas Card Fleet Management
Managing credit card merchant account fleets
Verification of monthly fee accounts in Canada and the USA

Qualifications
Comfortable with computers
French and English
Detail-oriented, fast execution
