Experience & Qualifications:

College or equivalent general education. Screen candidate resumes and job applications based on department job requirements. Arranging/conducting interviews. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong customer service skills, with proven ability to deal with the public in a similar setting. Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs including Word and Excel. Detail-oriented, with accurate data entry skills. The ability to understand and perform duties effectively, communicate any pertinent issues regarding residents and their care, and work accurately and quickly. Self-directed and team-oriented, with proficient organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be committed to multi-disciplinary teamwork and demonstrate an ability to work through collaboration, joint decision making, and integrated strategies. Proficient organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a busy environment. Experience or skill in staffing, recruitment, and placing job ads in various media Identifying future hiring needs. Be able to attract candidates using social media networks and referrals Experience, skill, or aptitude in dealing with machine suppliers and vendors
