Impulse Health and Wellness is a busy clinic offering Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Kinesiology and Naturopathic Care. We are seeking exceptional candidates to apply for our full-time Integrated Health Office Assistant position with an opportunity to advance to Assistant Office Manager.

Responsibilities:



Ensuring patients receive a warm and positive experience.

Answering phone calls and responding to e-mails.

Processing payments.

Scheduling appointments and maintaining patient health plans.

Managing office flow and environment.

Occasional evening or weekend shifts for promotional events

Attending Seminars (approx. 4 times per year). Paid travel - plus more...

Requirements:



Proficient with use of computers, spreadsheets, word processing documents.

Written and spoken English at an advanced level.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Positive, cheerful attitude.

Well-groomed, professional appearance.

Thrive in fast-paced work environment.
