Patient Coordinator Job Summary:
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Patient Coordinator. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support the efficient operation of our Physiotherapy office. The Patient Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless patient experiences and coordinating administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients.
- Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
- Coordinate patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate documentation and information flow.
- Assist in maintaining office organization and cleanliness to create a welcoming environment for patients.
- Utilize JaneApp software for patient data entry and
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate patient care coordination.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, billing, and insurance verification. Experience:
- Previous experience in a medical office role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and phone systems.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals effectively. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to grow in the healthcare industry. Starting rate of pay is $17.00 / hour Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $16.75 per hour Schedule:
