Kingsway Eye Care Family Optometry
is a technologically advanced, full-scope optometry clinic dedicated to delivering premium, preventative eye care to a thriving and family-focused community. We combine clinical excellence with high-end fashion eyewear and a personalized patient experience.
Deliver outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
Assist in delivering in-office Dry Eye Therapy Treatments (training will be provided)
Schedule and coordinate appointments for six Optometrists, a Vision Therapy Clinic and Dry Eye Treatments
Manage patient inquiries and services with professionalism and care
Adapt and grow with the evolving needs of our office
What We're Looking For:
A vibrant, enthusiastic personality with a love for helping others
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Interest in hands-on clinical work, particularly in assisting with dry eye therapy services
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to follow through independently
A commitment to professionalism, including fashionable office attire
Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn
Passionate about eye health and contributing to patient wellness
Strong computer skills are essential (Word, Excel, typing proficiency)
Ability to quickly learn new software and systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
