Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant /manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in a professional office environment, utilizing a range of clerical and administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phones
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain office organization by managing files and documents
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling appointments and managing records
- Support the office staff with various administrative tasks
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:

Front desk: 1 year (preferred) Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
