Hiring Unit:
Dialogue McGill, https://www.dialoguemcgill.ca/, is a Health Canada-funded initiative based in the Ingram School of Nursing (PI: Dr. Carmen G. Loiselle). The primary objective of Dialogue McGill is to increase the capacity of bilingual health and social services professionals. The Retention and Recruitment of Health and Social Services Professionals Program supports initiatives to recruit, employ, and retain bilingual professionals in Quebec. This program provides support via student bursaries, internships, and projects focused on increasing capacity of professionals practicing in Quebec. Dialogue McGill partners with community networks, educational institutions, and community-based organizations for these initiatives.
Position Summary:Data entry - (Excel)
Contract preparation and/or review
Financial documents preparation and/or review F
iling and organization (Sharepoint and network drives)
Survey preparation
Recording meeting minutes
Answering phone calls and emails
Other Qualifying Skills and/or AbilitiesAdvanced English communication, spoken and written
Intermediate to Advanced French communication an asset
At least 6 months of experience working in an academic or hospital administration setting
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Competency with computer programs, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro
Experience creating electronic surveys and databases an asset.
