Having a High School Diploma is a minimum requirement.

Proficient in using QuickBooks software (or ability to learn QuickBooks pretty quick) and being punctual are essential requirements.

Offered salary will depend on qualifications, attitude towards work, and other factors.

This position will include the responsibilities of office assistant.

The duties also include general housekeeping and cleaning tasks of the office.

Physical fitness is required. Need to be able to lift 25 Kg from time to time.

High level of positive energy and positive attitude is required.

Professional phone answering skills and speaking and writing fluent English are absolute requirements.

The person on this position will be required to work from 7:45 am to 5:15 pm, Monday through Friday, with 1 hour lunch break and 2 coffee breaks.

Depending on the workload and project requirements, working extended hours and weekend might become necessary during busy seasons (paid overtime or paid time off will be provided per contract).

Bookkeeping and accounting experience is considered an asset.

The successful candidate will have a very high level of care, demonstrated thorough careful attention to details and great sense of urgency to get things done correctly and quick, in a calm and professional manner.

The successful candidate will be punctual and possess good character and attitude The successful candidate will be a fluent English Speaker, as well as, competent in Effective English Writing and technical writing competent in proof reading and copy-editing. The successful candidate will possess "Effective Listening Skills" - eager to understand the other parties during communications. The successful candidate will be preferably a non-smoker, a non-drinker, and non-user of addictive drugs. The workplace is strictly non-smoking with no tolerance for alcohol and drug use at the premises (including and not limited to also vaping, Marijuana, etc.). Always communicating with etiquette and conducting herself/himself/themselves professionally Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as, outside clients and vendors on a daily basis Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Error-free typing, self correcting skills, and accurate numerical data entry -Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Maintaining confidential information, and security of the premises (passwords, keys, etc.), in a very strict manner Handling cash, bank checks, and notes of financial value Handling all day-to-day operation matters, and being able to take responsibility and fill in when required and ensure that the office premises are kept clean and tidy Greet and assist visitors, answer phones, direct calls, and respond to inquiries in professional and positive manner Act as Executive Assistant and provide support for various responsibilities often including taking care of non-office related tasks and errands if needed, as well as, office related tasks such as screening calls; managing calendars; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports and financial data; training and supervising other staff; and client relations. Perform other related and unrelated duties as required by the senior executive

Other Requirements:



Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, and Outlook) Proficient in using Quickbooks Software, or ability to learn it quickly Stress management skills Perform other related duties as required, these duties may not be under the category of receptionist or office administrator Minute taking and note taking skills Time management skills Conflict resolution skills and ability to handle difficult communications, including also client satisfaction communications, in a professional manner As the person working in this position will be handling confidential and privileged information and valuables, this position requires at least one bankable guarantor that will provide a personal guarantee for any breach of trust, confidentiality, or other contract obligations. As the person working in this position will become a face of the company and company's reputation, discretion on the individual's personal social media and internet contents are required. Preparing meeting agendas, meeting minutes, reports, and other documents Knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, human resources, sales, marketing, information technology (IT), and graphic design software is considered an asset. Competence in using office equipment is a requirement
