Office & AP Coordinator, Miramichi, New Brunswick

When you join our team as a Office & AP Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Woodlands team with various administrative tasks. For this role we require someone who can go into the Miramichi office Monday-Friday.

What You\'ll Do

Office Coordination:

  • Data entry and verification of information.
  • General office duties (incoming calls, reception, mail, errands, order office supplies, etc.).
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, dates, attendee lists, etc.
  • Coordinate Company social activities and events.
  • Organize building maintenance.
  • Other administrative duties as required.
Accounts Payable:
  • Vendor invoice processing.
  • Vendor database maintenance.
  • AP payment processing.
  • Researching and answering AP-related inquiries for internal and external parties.
  • Backup to other AP staff as required.
What You Offer
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Oracle or other major cloud-based enterprise financial system would be beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to problem solve.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) would be considered an asset.
  • Proficient in data entry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks to meet and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Problem analysis and solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, deal with numerous interruptions, and meet multiple demands.
  • Knowledge of accounts payable and general accounting practices and procedures.
  • Able to communicate clear and concise information verbally and in writing in an accurate, informative, and professional manner.
  • Maintain open, ongoing, and effective communication with team members, and internal and external customers and vendors.
  • Professional decorum.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
