Looking for qualified part time or full-time receptionist/admin in a physiotherapy clinic. The candidate should have the following skillset.
Motivated, self-initiated, responsible, accountable and reliable.
Professional and able to multitask
Maintaining patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information for private, MVA and WCB and PCN
Able to interact and communicate with clients.
Duties will include but not limited to: answering phones, booking appointments, applying and processing payments, follow-up with clients and insurance companies etc
Previous experience in health care is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with physiotherapy clinic experience.
Strong computer proficiency.
