Office Administrator/Receptionist
to support our growing remote team. This is a part-time, in-office position ideal for someone who thrives on structure, communicates well, and is comfortable balancing multiple tasks.
What You'll Do
Front Desk & Communication
Greet and assist tenants, vendors, and owners in person and over the phone
Receive rent payments, packages, and inquiries professionally
Handle all incoming/outgoing mail and manage correspondence flow
Admin & Clerical Support
Print, scan, file, and digitize documents like leases, notices, and letters
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)
Keep office supplies stocked and coordinate with vendors
Operations Support
Manage keys for all properties, including regular audits and hand-offs with vendors
Assist in explaining or resolving tenant charge disputes
Deliver general support to the leasing, maintenance, and admin teams
What We're Looking For
Reliable, organized, and good at getting things done
Friendly communicator who's confident speaking with tenants and vendors
Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Gmail), printers, and scanners
Takes initiative, owns their role, and contributes to a positive team culture
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
