We are currently seeking a friendly and organized

Office Administrator/Receptionist

to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional office environment, has strong communication and organizational skills, and values teamwork.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting coordination for partners and staff. Maintain and organize office files (both physical and digital). Support accounting staff with administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and document preparation. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries. Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure equipment is functioning properly. Assist with client onboarding and document collection during tax season. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications



1-3 years of administrative or receptionist experience, preferably in a professional office environment (asset, but not required). Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, professional, and reliable demeanor.
