Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and support our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, clerical, and communication skills, with experience in supervising and managing office functions. This role is essential in ensuring smooth workflow, effective vendor management, and maintaining a professional front desk environment. The Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting human resources activities, bookkeeping, and overall office efficiency.

Responsibilities



Manage front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and greeting visitors with professional phone etiquette Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors Oversee clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management using QuickBooks and other office software Supervise administrative staff and coordinate team management activities, including training & development initiatives Maintain vendor relationships and manage procurement processes to ensure office supplies and services are adequately provided Assist with budgeting activities and monitor office expenses to ensure cost-effective operations Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and facilitate effective communication across departments Maintain the sample display area and office supply inventory Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a well-organized work environment

Skills



Proven supervising experience with strong team management capabilities Extensive office experience with clerical skills including filing, data entry, and document organization Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of human resources procedures including training & development programs Ability to handle budgeting responsibilities accurately and efficiently Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an administrative setting
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.54-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Experience:

Office Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
Work Location: In person
