Full-Time in-person permanent Office Administrator position available in a busy Real Estate office.
Seeking a highly organized, detail oriented individual with strong communication and social skills.
Duties include answering the telephone, arranging showings, greeting customers or clients that walk into the office, preparing deal files, data entry for MLS listings, uploading listings to websites, data gathering, and email management. Assisting in other departments including, media, magazine, rentals, and sales support.
Hours are 9:00 - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.
