Job Description

Greet visitors in a friendly and courteous manner

General office duties including maintaining office supplies

Daily shipping through local couriers

Answer and direct incoming calls

Processing mail and email inquiries promptly and professionally

Proficient with Microsoft Office Skills

Knowledge of or previous experience with customs would be an asset

Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve on a case-by-case basis

Minimum 5 years small business office experience

This is a immediate start position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
