Job Description

• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Overseeing office supplies and services, including restocking supplies, relocating employees to new areas, setting up desks and equipment for new hires, arranging parking permits for employees, or creating important office forms
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Assist GM and employees whenever necessary

As an Office Administrator/Receptionist, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. Reporting directly to the General Manager, your core responsibilities will include managing clerical tasks, maintaining organizational systems, and facilitating effective communication within the team. Your premium skills in supervising and handling payroll will enhance our administrative efficiency. Additionally, your relevant expertise in vendor management and phone systems will support our daily operations. Qualifications

• Proven experience as an office administrator , office assistant or relevant role
• High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
• Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.16-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
