Position Overview:


The Office Administrator will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting project management, and ensuring clear communication between customers, suppliers, and our roofing crews. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries Schedule appointments, site visits, and service calls Prepare and maintain project files, contracts, and permits Coordinate with suppliers to order and track materials Manage office supplies and maintain an organized workspace Process invoices, receipts, and assist with basic bookkeeping Update and maintain customer and job records in company software Support management with reports, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:



Previous administrative experience (construction or roofing industry experience is an asset) Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask and work independently Basic accounting knowledge is an asset
