We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to staff, and managing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

:

Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and court dates Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services Maintain client files (electronic and paper) with confidentiality Perform data entry, scanning, and document preparation Assist lawyers and staff with administrative tasks as needed Monitor and order office supplies Ensure reception and office areas remain clean and organized.

Qualifications

:

No prior law office experience required - training provided Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer knowledge (Word, Outlook, email) Good organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable, professional, and willing to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Work Location: In person
