Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer and route phone calls; greet all guests
- Enter listings into MLS service and effectively manage the listing process by reviewing all documentation for compliance, entering data into system in timely manner and follow up with individuals to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate and compliant files for all Listings.
- Be able to communicate effectively and in a timely manner with clients
- Maintain office inventory of supplies
