We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Office Administrator
professional to join our Mainroad Maintenance Products team! This role is a key part of our sales operations, helping drive business growth while keeping things organized behind the scenes.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys the structure of administrative work but wants to dip their toes into the world of sales. You'll be the steady hand behind the scenes--keeping orders flowing, records accurate, and customers informed--while also supporting small customer acquisitions and follow-ups.

What is inside sale?!
Inside sales reps build relationships, manage customer accounts, respond to inquiries, and follow up on leads from a central office The role often includes a mix of prospecting new clients, nurturing existing accounts, and closing deals!
What You'll Do:
Support small customer acquisitions and help grow our client base
Provide friendly and professional customer follow-up and after-sales support
Accurately input data and sales visit details into Salesforce
Process orders efficiently and communicate with customers throughout the order process
Make A/R calls and handle credit card payments through our web terminal
Order supplies for our salt yard to keep operations running smoothly
Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers to ensure satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and organization
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working with Salesforce or other CRM tools
Experience in inside sales, administration, or a related field is a plus
