Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist and or Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background office administration. This position is a Full time position in our dynamic company with room for growth.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers as the first point of contact for our office
- Answering phone calls and directing customers to the right department
- Coordinate with customers for parts and supplies
- Support demand planning activities
- Administrative duties such as data entry, filing or other responsibilities
- Utilize Account Edge to enter work orders

Qualifications:

- Office Administration Certificate an asset
- A minimum 2 years experience in an office setting
- A minimum of Grade 12 High School Diploma
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Must be well spoken and dynamic

-Must possess a valid class 5 Drivers license
