Responsibilities
Answer and manage inbound calls and customer inquiries in a professional manner
Dispatch and communicate with drivers to coordinate daily service routes
Create, review, and process customer invoices accurately
Maintain organized records and support general office functions
Assist with customer account management and service scheduling
Conduct light outbound calls related to sales and service follow-up
Collaborate with management to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications
Previous experience in dispatch, office administration, or customer service preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional, positive, and solution-oriented attitude
