Key Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibility: Use ZOHO Books to manage accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), invoicing, and day-to-day bookkeeping
Respond to general email and phone inquiries professionally
Support customers and sales staff with safety product information and orders
Receive shipments and assist with retail storefront walk-ins
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Provide administrative support to management and team
Accurately input customer data, billing info, and order details
Requirements:
Expertise with ZOHO Books and experience with ZOHO Inventory
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
3+ years of office administration experience
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting
Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and reconciliation skills
Clear, confident communication and customer service abilities
Self-motivated, team-friendly, and able to work independently
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Preferably a non-smoker, punctual, articulate, and in good health
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
