We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and supporting the senior staff of the organization. This position requires proficiency in HOS Regulations and a strong understanding of bookkeeping practices.

Qualifications
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role within an accounting environment.
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

This job requires approx 20 hours per week with the option to increase in the future.
Additional training will be provided as needed for this position.
