a leading supplier of building materials and construction products. We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Office Administrator to be a crucial part of our store's success. This role requires a strong team player who can handle diverse responsibilities while building a close working relationship with all departments.

Key Responsibilities



As the Office Administrator, you will be the heart of our store's administrative and customer service operations. Your duties will include:

Customer Experience:

Guiding customers through the sales process in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.

Financial & Administrative Support

: Managing daily cash reconciliation, handling bank deposits, and performing general administrative tasks, including accounts receivable maintenance and following up on customer accounts.

Retail Operations

: Efficiently handling merchandise sales, returns, exchanges, and refunds as a cashier.

Team Support:

Assisting with the hiring and orientation of new employees, and submitting payroll.
