Office Administrator
to join us. You'll work directly with the owner but are expected to be self-sufficient and take initiative in your daily responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Perform general clerical duties (filing, data entry, document management)
Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly
Create and maintain project files and work orders
Generate and submit customer invoices
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks
Communicate clearly and fluently in English, both written and verbal
Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed
Skills
