Summary
Santa Lucia Pizza is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team at our location in Corydon Location. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting our commitment to quality food and excellent service. The Office Administrator will play a key part in maintaining our standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Answer and manage phone calls for customer orders and reservations.
Interact with customers professionally and handle inquiries or concerns.
Perform general office and administrative tasks.
Maintain daily accounting records and update account books accurately.
Reconcile daily sales with the POS system.
Assist the Owner and General Manager with administrative and office-related tasks.
Run errands as needed to support daily operations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with QuickBooks and calendar management tools.
Experience in vendor management, payroll, or bookkeeping is preferred.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior supervisory or team management experience is a plus.
Knowledge of hospitality or restaurant industry operations is advantageous.
Job Types: Full-time, Casual
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
