Job Description

Experience with Simply Accounting & QuickBooks is required

. Administrative and clerical duties include preparing documentation, and managing organizational documentation. As an Office Administrator, it will be required to answer phones and greet clients, assist in document filing, perform basic bookkeeping, organize financial records, route telephone calls, organize office activities, and mail correspondence. Office Administrator also will be responsible for tracking orders, produce invoices, answer emails, and operating office equipment like photocopiers, voicemail system.

1 or 2 years of Office experience is required. Salary based on experience and qualifications.

Languages: English, Punjabi and Hindi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
