Join our award-winning architecture studio as an

Office Administrator

overseeing and managing the administrative operations of our practice. This key role encompasses accounting, human resources, office management, as well as supporting our team with assistance on proposals and supporting our studio culture.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage bookkeeping, invoicing, and client payments using QuickBooks Coordinate payroll and employee benefits programs Coordinate social and office events to foster a positive studio environment Maintain office supplies, office cleanliness, and liaise with service providers Support promotional efforts, maintain project, and contact databases Track requests for proposals, project agreements, software subscriptions, and office equipment

Position Details:


This is a flexible part-time role (20-30 hours/week) with the opportunity to increase to full-time hours based on workload and availability. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
