What You'll Be Doing

Support day-to-day office administration and plant operations at PCE's Weyburn facility. Manage data entry, spreadsheets, and filing systems with exceptional attention to detail. Communicate clearly with team members, vendors, and leadership to keep information flowing. Assist with shipping and receiving paperwork, inventory tracking, and logistics coordination. Help organize meetings, schedules, and internal communications. Pitch in wherever needed -- whether it's labeling product, helping on the floor, or supporting a team project. Take pride in your workspace and assist with light housekeeping duties such as sweeping, dusting, and general office tidiness. What We're Looking For

A proactive, adaptable mindset -- comfortable working in an environment that is constantly improving and adapting. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Willingness to roll up your sleeves and help where needed -- including on the plant floor. A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and team spirit. Previous experience in an office, administrative, or manufacturing setting is an asset but not required.
