About our Client
Our client is a well-established real estate development and property management company with a long-standing reputation for quality, integrity, and innovation is currently looking for the Office Administrator to join their team in Vancouver on a permanent basis. This position oversees the leasing process, tenant relations, marketing initiatives, and administrative support for residential properties, ensuring seamless operations and high tenant satisfaction.
Salary - $60K + Benefits
Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and callers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, mail, packages, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, office, and kitchen; manage office supplies and vendor coordination.
  • Oversee boardroom bookings, meeting preparations, and refreshments.
  • Track key sign-outs, facilitate vendor cheque collections, and liaise with service providers for office and building needs.
  • Support the Property Management team with data entry, tenant insurance tracking, fob and key programming, and posting tenant notices.
  • Assist with maintenance scheduling, tenant communication, and work order coordination in Yardi.
  • Update marketing materials and support administrative tasks for residential and commercial properties.
  • Maintain health and safety documentation and assist with company event coordination.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, reception, or office coordination role, preferably in real estate or property management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Office 365); experience with Yardi is an asset.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of accountability.
