We are now looking for an
Office Operations Superstar
to be the welcoming face of our club and a key member of our administrative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building connections, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
What You'll Do
As the Office Administrator, you'll keep our clubhouse running smoothly and ensure every interaction--whether with members, guests, or staff--reflects the warm and professional standard the VRC is known for. Your day-to-day will include:
Being the
first point of contact
for members, guests, and clients--answering questions, offering advice, and helping everyone feel at home.
Handling phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Managing
club access systems
, merchandise sales, payments, and inventories.
Keeping our records and filing systems (both digital and paper) organized and accurate.
Staying on top of communications to ensure staff are up-to-date on policies, events, and club operations.
Maintaining a
tidy, professional front office space
that reflects the pride we take in our club.
Jumping in with other administrative tasks as needed--because at the VRC, teamwork makes it all work!
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a confident, outgoing, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Ideally, you'll bring:
3-5 years of administrative experience
(experience in a private club or hospitality setting is a big plus).
Strong computer skills, especially with
Office 365
(Jonas Club Management software experience is a bonus).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills--both written and verbal.
Sharp judgment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A self-starter attitude with flexibility and enthusiasm.
Must be available to work weekends.
