About the Role
As the
Office Administrator
in our Trenton location, you'll be the welcoming face of the brokerage and the backbone of daily office operations. This role blends customer service, administrative precision, and light marketing support. You'll work closely with agents, clients, and management to keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors, answer calls, and direct inquiries with warmth and professionalism
Process listings, offers, and trade files; ensure documentation is complete and compliant
Support agents with printing, scanning, filing, forms, and onboarding needs
Maintain office supplies, organize mail and couriers, and open/close the office daily
Complete digital filing, checklists, and routine banking
Post light social media updates and assist with website maintenance (no design work required)
What You'll Bring
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Friendly, positive communicator who enjoys working with people
Comfortable learning new technology and web-based platforms
Dependable, professional, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Google Workspace
Experience with Canva
(Nice to have) Familiarity with real estate software such as WEBForms/Skyslope, BrokerBay, DocuSign/Digi-Sign, Matrix/REALM, or Lone Wolf
