We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Transaction Coordinator to join our Saint John office. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting daily operations and contributing to our Deal Team--a dedicated group that assists our real estate professionals with transaction file management, commission processing, and more.

What You'll Do
• File Maintenance: Create and maintain real estate transaction files.
• Ensure Compliance: Review real estate transaction files for accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Stay Organized: Electronically manage and file documents and compliance corrections, while maintaining detailed records of incomplete transactions.
• Be the Go-To Resource: Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and by email, offering helpful and timely support.
• Welcome Visitors: Create a positive first impression by warmly greeting clients, agents, and partners when they visit the office.
• Contribute to Efficiency: Create, analyze, and maintain reports to support office operations.
• Handle Deposits: Process and track deposits with accuracy and care.
• Foster Collaboration: Provide support to agents, clients, and team members with a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
• Maintain a Welcoming Space: Keep the office clean, organized, and ready for clients and visitors.
• Be Flexible: Take on other duties as needed to contribute to the success of the team.
