Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative functions and office management, with the ability to supervise staff and streamline office operations. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in various office software, including QuickBooks. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative tasks, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring efficient office operations.

Duties



Supervise and manage office staff to ensure efficient workflow and productivity. Handle front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism. Oversee human resources functions such as payroll processing, employee training & development, and maintaining personnel records. Perform bookkeeping tasks, including budgeting and financial reporting using QuickBooks. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate procurement of office supplies and services. Assist with clerical duties such as data entry, correspondence, and scheduling meetings. Implement organizational strategies to enhance office efficiency and team collaboration.

Experience



Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on office management is essential. Supervising experience is preferred to effectively lead the administrative team. Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial management is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with staff, vendors, and clients. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in human resources functions including payroll processing is a plus. Background in bookkeeping or financial oversight is beneficial. Proficiency in clerical tasks with attention to detail in filing and documentation processes.
