Job Description

Metropolitan Commercial Realty Inc. (MCRI) is looking for an office administrator to join our team.
As the first point of contact, the position requires superior customer service skills, a professional and welcoming demeanour with a positive attitude, strong communication skills and impeccable punctuality.The roles and responsibilities fall within three main categories:

  • Daily business administrative duties - receive incoming calls and direct appropriately, confirm appointments, prepare deposit receipts, arrange courier services, manages the mail
  • Office management - ensure office is always kept in a clean and presentable fashion, maintain office supplies fully stocked
  • Agent support - email marketing campaigns, website management, listing management on third party platforms, preparing marketing materials
Qualifications and Skills
  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • MS Office, Google Drive, Outlook
  • LinkedIn and graphic design skills are beneficial
