Company ProfileEstablished Real Estate Developer and Builder in Greater Toronto Area for 25 years. Projects include industrial, commercial, and investment properties. Rezoned and built over 2000 residential units since 1994.Successful candidate will be responsible for assisting and providing support to various company projects.Work ExperienceMinimum 2 years office work experience. Knowledge of Real Estate industry is an asset.What is expected of you- Administrative duties: taking meeting minutes, filing, documenting all company correspondences, clerical duties, book keeping support, handling customers contact, market research, and other tasks necessary for day to day office operations as assigned.- Good Work Ethics: Expected to complete tasks assigned with little or no supervision and using your time efficiently. Committed worker with a drive to learn. Efficient time management skills. A multi-tasker able to function well under pressure.- Self Starter: Positive attitude with a proactive approach. A critical thinker with strong memory recall to keep track of details.- Special Projects: You will be assigned special projects requiring you to think, plan, oversee and travel to project sites outside of the office.Skills and Qualifications- Able to communicate clearly and fluently in English (Required).- Able to communicate in Mandarin and Cantonese.- University Bachelor or Post-secondary College graduate.- Proactive work ethnics with a positive personality.- Excellent organizational skills is a must.- Project positive energy when interacting with team, third parties and customers.- Excellent listening, oral and writing skills to ensure seamless communication.- Self starter who is proactive in looking for work when assigned tasks are completed.- Observant mind with attention to detail.- Able to solve problems and multitask under pressure.- In-depth knowledge MS Office associated software. Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite and other design programs is an asset.- Creating and maintaining databases - accuracy and speed is required.- Ability and experience in reading and interpreting legal documents.- Strong business acumen to follow and understanding needs of a real estate development business.- Willing to accommodate the business and ability to work flexible hours when asked.- Ontario Driver's licence with access to a vehicle is required.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:
