Job Description

T Bell Transport is currently hiring an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Timmins, ON. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you.

As the Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes across the organization. You will be responsible for managing office workflow, coordinating documentation, and maintaining accurate records while upholding our high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Responsibilities & Duties:



Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to data entry, photocopying, mailing, and filing. Assist with daily administrative duties including but not limited to processing paperwork, filing, handling driver inquiries, etc. Maintain and organize records for safety training, certifications, work schedules. Assists with the maintenance of fleet maintenance program. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Facilitate communication and follow-up on safety inspections, audits, and corrective actions. Support the Health & Safety Manager in conducting risk assessments and safety audits if necessary. Works closely with safety manager and field supervisors.

Competencies, Skills & Knowledge:



First Aid certification. Valid class "G" driver's license with a clean driver's abstract. Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills. Relationship savvy and solid interpersonal skills suitable for a diverse working environment Able to work well under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor. Strong work ethic and a positive team attitude. Must be highly flexible and adaptable.

Requirements:



College Diploma or related training in administration or safety. 2-5 years administrative experience. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Professional attitude and team player. Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision. Eye for detail, accuracy is imperative. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
