Mark G Contracting is seeking a reliable and organized Full-Time Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and attention to detail who is comfortable working in a fast-paced contracting environment.
Duties
Manage front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and greeting visitors with professional phone etiquette
Oversee clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
Handle bookkeeping responsibilities using QuickBooks and Sage and assist with payroll processing
Support human resources functions including employee onboarding, training & development, and maintaining personnel records
Manage vendor relationships and oversee vendor management processes
Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting
Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained
Track employee timesheets
Skills
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Sage, bookkeeping, payroll, and office software applications
Strong front desk presence with excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of vendor management processes and multi-line phone systems
Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization
Budgeting experience for managing office expenses effectively
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative team environment
