We are looking for a reliable part-time office administrator at Bravo Cleaning Services.
Office experience is essential. Proficiency with Microsoft office programs, outlook, point of sale systems, quickbooks online and appointment booking software would be considered an asset. We are a fast-paced environment so the ability to multitask is essential.
Office Administrator Job Responsibilities:
Supports company operations by maintaining office systems.
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and performing clerical functions.
Follow office policies and procedures accurately and efficiently
Create invoices using Quickbooks Online
Manage customer bookings for various departments
Ensure customer inquires are responded to thoroughly and in a timely manner
Work Hours & Benefits
