We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and support our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, clerical, and communication skills, with experience in supervising staff and managing office systems. This role is vital in ensuring smooth workflow, efficient vendor management, and effective team coordination to meet organizational goals.

Duties



Manage front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and greeting visitors with professional phone etiquette Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and maintaining organized office files Supervise administrative staff and coordinate team management efforts Provide support for special projects related to office administration and organizational efficiency

Requirements



Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or related roles with strong organizational skills Supervising experience preferred Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Work Location: In person
