Position Overview



The Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our Abbotsford office and warehouse. This individual will manage administrative duties, coordinate with vendors and clients, assist accounting with data entry and invoicing, and help maintain smooth business operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities



Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, correspondence, scheduling, and documentation. Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to appropriate team members. Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and receipts in coordination with the accounting department. Maintain and organize company records, inventory data, and customer account files. Assist in coordinating shipments, deliveries, and logistics with warehouse and sales staff. Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining attendance records, and scheduling staff. Order office and warehouse supplies as needed. Maintain an efficient and professional office environment aligned with company policies and standards.

Qualifications



Minimum 2 years of administrative or office management experience (preferably in a construction, electrical, or wholesale industry). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, reliable, and professional demeanor.

Assets (Preferred but Not Required)



Experience in the electrical or construction supply industry. Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software. Knowledge of purchasing, vendor relations, or logistics coordination.

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
