This role is crucial for ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting staff, and maintaining a productive work environment. 2+ years of Real Estate Office Experience.

Responsibilities



Oversee daily office functions and supervise administrative staff to ensure efficient operations. Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, handling inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper documentation for human resources activities. Assist in training and development initiatives for new hires and existing staff members. Coordinate team management efforts to foster a collaborative work environment. Prepare budgets and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to financial guidelines. Utilize strong communication skills to liaise with various departments and vendors effectively. Provide clerical support as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing multi-line phone systems, and maintaining office supplies.

Requirements



Proven experience in an office or administrative role, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Familiarity with human resources processes, payroll systems, and vendor management practices. Experience in training & development is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in office processes.
