We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, supervisory experience, and a solid background in administrative tasks. You will be responsible for overseeing daily office activities, managing clerical functions, and supporting human resources and payroll processes.

Responsibilities



Supervise office staff and manage team dynamics to ensure effective collaboration. Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems. Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks and assist with payroll processing. Handle human resources tasks such as employee onboarding, training & development, and vendor management. Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents. Assist in budgeting activities and monitor office expenses. Provide clerical support including data entry, correspondence, and report generation. Foster a positive office environment through effective communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications



Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on office management. Supervisory experience is preferred to lead a team effectively. Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes. Strong background in human resources practices, payroll processing, and vendor management. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Exceptional communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and clients. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations is essential. Experience in training & development initiatives to enhance team performance. Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining accurate financial records.
