Duties



Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems Maintain accurate records through filing and bookkeeping practices Update Website and Social Media platforms Implement organizational systems to enhance efficiency within the office

Requirements



Proven experience in an office or administrative role, with supervisory experience preferred Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices
