Our client, a major oil and gas company, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic

Administrator

in their Slave Lake, AB. This is a contract, office based position working Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day.

RESPONSIBILITIES may include:

Accounts Payable Payroll Data Entry Customer service Emailing File management General office administration Incoming/outgoing mail Meeting minutes Organize meetings Photocopying Reception Supply order

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous Administration/Customer Service experience preferred Minimum Grade 12 Education; Post-secondary education in Business Administration a definite asset Detail Oriented Ability to multitask Organized Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Strong communicator (verbal and written) Team Player Problem solver
